### What this site publishes

Facility records published by the EPA. Some permits are held by private individuals (a residential construction
site, for example): those records are searchable, as they are at the EPA, but **no page lists them**,
and they have no address a search engine can reach.

### What your browser sends

No analytics, no advertising, no cookies. Searches run in your browser against static files. The host
(Cloudflare Pages) keeps ordinary server logs.

### How we are paid

- **Pro access and the dataset**, for organizations checking many facilities.
- **A referral**: some pages point to Registres, an independent data gateway, which may be paid a
commission if a company that applies through it signs a data partnership. No one pays to appear here.

### Corrections and removal

The data is a public federal record. If something is wrong, or you want an entry removed from this site, write to
us: we cannot change the EPA's records, but this site is not the EPA.
