For a site purchase, a loan file or the records review of a Phase I assessment: one facility's EPA compliance record, compiled and dated as a PDF.

### A dated report on this entity

The pages of this site are free and will stay free: an official fact belongs to no one. What is sold is the **compilation work** — what the public registers say about this entity on a given date, and what they do not say.

#### What the report contains

- the facility's identifiers across EPA programs: RCRA EPA ID, NPDES permits, air, drinking water, TRI, greenhouse gas, FRS
- inspections, informal and formal enforcement actions and penalties over five years, with dates; the current compliance status and the quarter-by-quarter 3-year history
- program by program — air, water, hazardous waste, drinking water: status, quarters in non-compliance, penalties
- **what was not found**, written down: the programs with no record for this facility
- the exact citation: ECHO file, its date, the EPA's open-data terms

#### What the report is NOT

It is not a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and not an EPA document. It states what the EPA's ECHO records show for this one facility on the file date. An absence of records is not proof of compliance: many facilities are regulated by state programs that report partially to the EPA.
